Gencore began with a simple vision: to build a construction company that delivers more than projects—we build trust, partnerships, and opportunities.

From its early beginnings, Gencore took on the challenges that come with every growing construction business: limited resources, demanding schedules, complex projects, and the constant pressure to deliver. Instead of allowing these challenges to define the company, Gencore used them to build its foundation.

Every project became a lesson. Every challenge became experience. Every client became a relationship.
As the company grew, so did its ambition.

Gencore expanded its capabilities across construction, engineering, procurement, equipment, concrete, and project development, creating an organization capable of handling projects from pre-construction to completion.

Today, Gencore is positioning itself for a bigger role in the industry—not simply as a contractor, but as a fully integrated construction and development group capable of working with private, government, international, and defense-related clients.

Our pursuit of projects aligned with International construction standards, and complex design-build requirements represents the next chapter of that journey.
