In 2018, Gencore joined the New Clark International Airport as a contractor, constructing the masonry partition walls across the check-in areas and first class lounge — delivered alongside Megawide.
Hann Casino Resort & Swissotel Hotel
Pampanga's first fully integrated luxury resort, built on a 13-hectare property in Clark Freeport Zone — home to a world-class casino floor and the Swissotel hotel tower.
White Tower by Kandi
A 15-storey ultra-stylish condominium for client WTK Realty in Clark, Pampanga — studio to penthouse units, multi-level parking, a rooftop pool, and on-site gym.
Route 95 Diner — Angeles Branch
A modern roadside diner for Efaprodito Dela Cruz Corporation. Gencore handled the full scope — architectural and structural construction, façade and signage fabrication, lighting, electrical, and complete interior fit-out.
